Materials:
- 360 grams of FunCakes mix for Brownies
- 2 eggs (approx. 100 grams)
- 40 grams of butter
- 175 ml water
- Baking pan 15 cm
- 100 grams of FunCakes mix for Butter Cream
- 125 grams of butter
- 1 tablespoon of Caramel flavouring
- 1 tablespoon of Mocha flavouring
- 100 grams of pecan nuts
- 6 mini jars
- Piping bags
- Decorating tip 1M or 2D (e.g. Wilton)

Prepartion:
Make sure that all the ingredients are at room temperature.
Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven to 160°C). Put together 360 grams of FunCakes mix for Brownies, 2 eggs, 40 grams of butter and 75 ml of water and mix it for 3 minutes until you get a thick batter. Put it into a baking pan that has been greased and covered with baking paper. Bake it for 40 minutes and let it cool off.
Mix 100 grams of FunCakes mix for Butter Cream with 100 ml of water with a whisk and let it thicken for at least 1 hour. Beat 125 grams of butter for 1 minute until it is creamy. Add the mixture in four equal parts to the butter and make sure that one part is completely absorbed before you add the next part. After adding all four parts, mix the butter cream for another 5 to 10 minutes until it is nice and smooth.
Divide the cream in two parts. Add one tablespoon of caramel flavouring to the first past, mix it well and put it into a piping bag with a decorating tip. The second part can be flavoured with one tablespoon of Mocha flavouring. Also mix this and fill another piping bag.
Crumble the brownie and the pecan nuts into small parts. Put a layer of brownie crumbles on the bottom of each jar and pipe a layer of caramel crème on top of this. Then, pipe a layer of mocha cream and put some nuts on top. Put some more brownie crumbles in the jar and garnish with a swirl of mocha cream and a few nuts.
