Mix for a delicious red velvet cake or cupcakes with a delicate chocolate taste.
Preparations for one cake with a dia of 26-28 cm: The ingredients need to be at room temperature. Preheat the oven on 175°C (convection oven 160°C). Put 500 gram mixture, 3 eggs (150 gram), 100 ml vegetable oil and 200 ml water in a bowl. Mix for 6-8 minutes to a light batter. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan (1/2 to 2/3 full). Bake the cake the middle of the preheated oven in approx. 40-45 minutes. Tip: fill/decorate with buttercream or cream cheese frosting.
Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 cupcakes with 500 g mix recipe). Bake the cupcakes in approx. 20 minutes on 175°C (convection oven 160°C).
