Materials:

 

  • 70 gram butter
  • 200 gram light brown sugar
  • 125 ml condensed milk
  • 125 gram FunCakes Marshmallows Mini
  • 300 gram FunCakes Chocolate Melts Milk
  • 75 gram FunCakes Chocolate Melts Dark
  • FunCakes Sugar Bites Sea Salt Caramel
  • Square baking pan 20 x 20 cm
  • Baking paper
  • Vegetable oil

Preparation:


Lubricate the square baking pan with vegetable oil, then put in the baking paper. Put 70 gram butter, 200 gram sugar and 125 ml condensed milk in a pan over a low heat and melt gently.

 

Once the sugar is dissolved, add the marshmallows and turn up the heat. Boil the fudge for 5-6 minutes then take the pan off the heat and add the chocolate. Leave it for one minute, then stir the mixture together until everything has melted.

 

Pour the mixture into the prepared baking pan and put the sugar bites on top and leave to set for a couple of hours. Once set, remove from the pan and cut into ca. 25 squares.
