Recipe for pop cakes
Ingredients:
- a cake (four quarter, cake, homemade or bought all ready)
- pops cake sticks
- chocolate in pieces
- melts for color
- 3 tablespoons mascarpone
- a rack for cupcakes (or a jar, a vase, a mug, anything that will support your pop cakes!)
Emit the cake in a big salad bowl (the kids love it!) And add the 3 tablespoons of mascarpone. Mix well, then form balls of dough with your hands, as if it were modeling clay. Then let stand in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, you can put the chocolate or melts in a saucepan and melt over very low heat.
Take out the dough balls from the freezer, take a cake pop stick and dip the end into chocolate or melts. You can now plant the stick in the ball of dough. The chocolate at the end of the stick makes it possible to hold the ball of dough, it is a primordial step. Do the same with all the balls and let cool for 10 minutes.
Then you can completely dip your dough balls in chocolate or melts. Decorate with glitter, confetti, hearts or other pretty sugar decorations and plant your cake pops in a rack to let it harden.
For the more seasoned, you can also choose to decorate your pop cakes with sugar paste to turn them into flowers or unicorn. ;)
A pretty box, a vase, a jar, a cake pops support, it only remains to heal the presentation and you have a great gift for a mother adored!

Ultimate tip for those who do not want to bother too much, just use Raffaelo or Ferrero rocks and you're done ;)
