Notice

The FunCakes cold juice binder is the ideal juice binder to produce firm and freezing stable fruit fillings pies, pastries and fruit jellies. Mix the powder with sugar and fold it under the fruits.

 

  • Produce firm and freezing stable fruit fillings pies, pastries and fruit jellies.
  • Preserves fresh fruit without heating.
  • Recommended dosage 15%: 75 g per 500 ml liquid/juice, sugar to taste.
  • Content: 175 gram.

 

Ingredients: thickener: E1422, maltodextrin, gelling agent: E450, E339, E516, thickener: E401. May contain traces of: gluten, egg, soy, milk and nuts.
