The pale marzipan from FunCakes is a delicious marzipan that easy to process. The marzipan is very flexible and smooth, what makes is great to roll out. The texture is fine and firm after rolling out. This marzipan is pale and is therefore an excellent base to colour it in any desired colour.

- To cover a cake (Ø24-26 cm / 20x20 cm) you need approx. 500 gram marzipan.
- Before use, knead well and roll out on a thin layer of powdered sugar.
- Halal, Kosher D, Gluten free and AZO free.
