The FunCakes Magic Roll-Out Powder, also known as Bäckerstärke in Germany is a very fine potato starch. This roll out powder is very suitable for rolling out fondant, marzipan and dough. But you can also use it to dust your silicone molds. The starch will prevent sticking.
