The FunCakes Gum Paste is a quick drying gum paste that can be rolled out thinly for making flowers, leaves and fine decorations. This gum paste is snow white, what makes it great for making white sugar flowers without adding extra colouring. Because you can roll out this gum paste so thin, it is ideal for making fine leaves, ruffles and more.
The gum paste from FunCakes can be coloured with food colouring.

Preparation: Knead well until it is soft, smooth, pliable and crack free. Create any colour by adding food colouring. The gum paste is ready-to-use.
Storage: Unused gum paste must be resealed quickly and used product should be stored separately. Both should be wrapped airtight and stored away from direct light at room temperature.
Ingredients: sugar (79%), glucose syrup, water, vegetable fat (palm kernel, palm), thickener: E466, E415, emulsifier: E471, natural flavouring, preservative: E202, food acid: E330. May contain traces of: almonds.
