Chocolate melts white from Wilton, specially designed for melting. This chocolate kan be used to fill molds and make different shapes and figures. But also for glazing cookies, cake pops or cupcakes.
Preparations: Pour the melts in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt at maximum power (±800W) in the microwave. To evenly spread the temperature, remove the chocolate every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small bits of chocolate can still be seen). Keep stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. Make sure that no water is added!
When you want to use the product to add taste to mousse or bavarois than melt the product in the microwave without following above steps(stir to prevent burning).
Ingredients: sugar, cocoa butter, whole milk powder (lactose), soy lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavour. For allergens see ingredients in bold. Contains minimum 29% cocoa solids.
Storage: between 12°C and 20°C, dry and in closed packaging.
