FunCakes Chocolate Melts Dark are designed for melting and can be used to fill molds and make different shapes and figures, for glazing , to dip in cookies or cakes and to decorate.
Preparations: Pour the melts in a bowl suitable for the microwave. Melt at maximum power (±800W) in the microwave. To evenly spread the temperature, remove the chocolate every 15/20 seconds and stir well. Stop heating when the chocolate is almost completely melted (small bits of chocolate can still be seen). Keep stirring until the chocolate is dissolved. Make sure that no water is added!
When you want to use the product to add taste to mousse or bavarois than melt the product in the microwave without following above steps(stir to prevent burning).
Ingredients: cocoa mass, sugar, cocoa butter, soy lecithin (E322), natural vanilla flavour. For allergens see ingredients in bold. Contains minimum 56% cocoa solids.
Storage: between 12°C and 20°C, dry and in closed packaging.
