Materials:

  • 360 grams FunCakes mix for Brownies
  • 75 grams FunCakes Chocolate Chunks Milk
  • 40 grams butter
  • 2 eggs (100 grams)
  • 75 ml  water
  • Mini baking cups
  • Mini Muffin pan
  • 150 grams FunCakes mix for Enchanted Cream
  • 100 grams FunCakes Chocolate Melts Milk
  • 50 ml Liquor 43 (you can use another liquor if you like)
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml water
  • FunCakes nonpareils bronze and/or FunCakes Choco Flakes Bronze
  • Piping bag
  • Tip of your own choice

Preparation:
Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C).

 

Mix the mix, eggs, butter and water on low speed in 3 minutes until a thick batter. Add the chunks to the batter and mix for 1 minute on the lowest speed. Fill your mini muffin pan with mini baking cups of your choice and put the batter into the baking cup with a small spoon. Bake the brownies in the middle of the preheated oven for 12 minutes. Let it cool thoroughly.

 

Mix 150 gram of the Enchanted Cream mix with 100 ml of milk, 50 ml of water and 50 ml of liquor 43 for 3 minutes on high speed until fluffy. Melt the chocolate melts au bain-marie and add it to the cream. Mix for 1 minute at high speed. Put the cream into a piping bag with a tip of your choice and make a beautiful swirl your mini cupcake. Sprinkle fun sprinkles or for example the delicious FunCakes Choco Flakes Bronze and enjoy!
