We have a huge event in May 2026 that I was planning on using this company for but will no longer consider them due to the terrible after customer service.
Cela fait des semaines que je demande un reçu car celui qui était attaché à la boîte était endommagé (j'en ai besoin pour me faire rembourser les frais). J'ai écrit plusieurs e-mails, envoyé un message via le formulaire de contact et aussi sur Facebook, mais personne n'a répondu. Nous avons un énorme événement prévu en mai 2026 pour lequel je comptais utiliser cette entreprise, mais je ne la considérerai plus en raison du terrible service après-vente.
